RTAA Treehouse Players Season Auditions 2024-2025

For the first time ever, introducing season auditions for RTAA's Treehouse Players! Do you love performing for children? Are you a triple threat? Can you learn new things quickly? Then this is the audition for you!
RTAA's Treehouse Players productions provide actors, both young and old, an opportunity to be on our stage. We welcome actors from all around the theatre community to come and join the RTAA family. The Treehouse Players productions have public facing performances as well as performances for our field trip series to local schools in our community.
This season's offerings for our Treehouse Players shows are all musicals! The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley, Freckleface Strawberry the Musical, and You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. On your audition form, you can mark which productions you're interested in.
Audition Info: You must be 16 years or older on audition day to be eligible. Please prepare an audition song from a musical (not Flat Stanley, Freckleface Strawberry, or You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown). 16 bars only, 32 if cut-time. Please bring sheet music as an accompanist will be provided for you. You will also need to fill out and bring with you the audition form.
Callbacks: As part of the audition day, the team of directors and choreographers may keep some auditioners after the vocal audition for some dance, more singing and cold reads. Please dress appropriately in case you are kept for dance.
Casting: Casting priority will be for which show rehearses first, and all casting decisions will be delivered via email. If you don't receive an email from us, it means we weren't able to cast you at this time. But please be patient!
