Where are my tickets?
When you purchase your tickets online, you will be able to choose E-Ticket or Will Call as you check out. If you choose E-Ticket, the PDF of your E-Tickets will be sent in the order confirmation email. We will scan your ticket QR code when you get to the theatre.
If you chose Will Call, you can pick up your tickets at the theatre when our box office opens, 45 minutes before each production.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder to see if it went there by accident.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges. All ticket sales are final.
Do you have special discounts on tickets?
No, we do not. All tickets are the same price and all include a $3 fee that goes directly to the ticketing website that sells our tickets. Prices are the same if you purchase, online, over the phone, or at the box office.
Is RTAA a vendor for any Charter Schools?
Yes, we are a vendor for the following Charters: The Cottonwood School, Sequoia Grove, South Sutter and Visions in Education. Charter Funds can be used for Youth Workshop, Little Ones Workshop or Young Broadway Players Workshop registration fees. They cannot be used to purchase tickets. If you would like to use charter funds for a workshop, please email megan@rosevilletheatre.org to confirm before requesting a PO from your charter.
Is RTAA accessible?
ADA seating is available for all productions. Our venue features an ADA accessible ramp into the auditorium. We also offer one ASL interpreted show per production. You can check for those performance dates on each event page on our website.
Where is parking?
Roseville Theatre Arts Academy is located in the historic Roseville Theatre on scenic Vernon Street in Roseville, CA. Free parking is located behind the theatre in the city parking garage.
